In growing energy demand,it is really difficult to meet the need, Unless there is some wise technique to conserve energy. Building is one sector, which is growing very steeply compared to other sector and most of the building are highly inefficient. At this point of time, there should be a carrot and stick policy to bring some effective and efficient environment rating system.
